Barcelo Maya Colonial, Xpu Ha

My stay at this resort was disappointing overall. While the location had great views, the service was hit or miss, often leading to frustrating experiences. The dining options didn't live up to expectations, and the beach was far from appealing. The facilities had their moments, but they could definitely use improvement.

I had a fantastic time at the resort! The beaches were breathtaking, and the pools were perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly, especially our server who remembered our drink preferences. While the cleanliness of our room could have been better, the overall experience made up for it. I just wish the room cleanliness was up to par with the rest of the great amenities they offer.
